岗位职责：
1. Good knowledge of standards and procedures Valid in Merit Sp. z o.o..
2. Designing simple and complex electronic devices for automotive applications (schematics, printed circuit boards, design documentation, calculation and simulations of electronic circuits, building and testing prototypes) with focus on low-cost, high reliability and high-volume manufacturing.
3. Electronics Project management if necessary.
4. Task management and allocation of tasks between engineers in electronics design team.
5. Support for validation and tests.
6. On-time execution of assigned tasks in compliance with the quality system.
7. Co-operation with local and remote engineering teams.
8. Active participation in peer reviews.
9. Follow Electrical Design Process.
10. Company image building and promotion.
11. Continuous development of professional qualifications.
12. Secure confidential information and company’s property.

任职要求：
1. Education: Bachelor, MSc degree in engineering.
2. Languages: English
3. Specific knowledge and software tools: very good electronics knowledge, software for drawing and creating schematics and printed circuit boards, calculation and simulations of electronic circuits.
4. Quality standards knowledge: IATF16949:2016, Effectiveness problem solving, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, ISO26262.
5. Soft skills: Communication skills, time management, team work.
