Job Content
1. As a Driver Assessor you are responsible that all Test Drivers handle the vehicles in a safe and efficient manner to exceed the customer expectations
2. Through continuous improvement and education you raising the awareness and reduce the risk of accidents
3. Develop / create saft trainings for the entire driving team for risk management
4. Support the recruitment and interviewing process of all new drivers and determine their capability and professionalism
5. Ensure drivers undergo progressive training and continued
professional development (Defensiv Driving Training)
6. Provide the Test Drivers with observational feedback and further training if required
7. Carry out regular evaluations on the drivers and define and update KPI on their performance
8. Support Management and Supervisors with investigation of all accidents in a robust, methodical and timely manner
9. Provide guidance to the entire team in regards of road traffic regulations and laws
10. Support country wide road tests regarding drivers training on different sites if necessary

Job Experience
1. Completed a training as a driving instructor or safety instructor or any equivalent of experience and skills in supervising a team
2. Very good organization skills and experience to plan, create and conduct trainings
3. Be able to hold presentations in front of large crowds
4. Natural authority, good communication skills, team spirit, flexibility, self motivation and a “can-do” attitude are a must
5. Flexibility to work for long hours, weekends if needed in order to meet schedule demand
6. A valid category C1 (car) driver's license and more than 5 years of active driving experience
7. Good English Reading / Writing / Speaking
8. Advanced computer skills in the area of MS Office and windows based software
