Responsibilities and duties 岗位职责
? Be responsible for making and designing FA manufacturing process.
负责总装制造流程的制作和设计。
? Make FA SOS and work instructions, complete GCSD study of work station and allocate headcount. Develop FA manufacturing system and design FA manufacturing process. Optimize FA area layout.
编制总装标准化操作及作业指书书；完成工位工时研究，下发人员配置；负责总装制造系统和流程设计;优化总装区布局设计。
? Improve FA QVC metrics.
改善总装区QVC指标。
? Eliminate wastes. Balance assembly line stations. Improve FA labor efficiency. Reduce FA headcount.
消除浪费，平衡流水线工位，提高总装区生产效率，减少总装区生产人员。
? Solve production field problems and quick response.
生产现场问题解决和快速反应。
? Solve technical problems of the production site and assist C.S. department to analyze FA FTQ and quality problems. Quick response.
解决生产现场的工艺技术问题,协助质量部门解决总装区的质量问题并快速反应。
? Continuous improvement.

? Utilize Lean Concept to lead continuous improvements on FA area. Develop automatic equipment and standardize procedure to improve FA performance.
运用精益思想对总装现场实施持续改进；开发自动化设备和标准化流程以提高总装表现。
? Follow and support policy, target and procedure of EHS, and supervise environment protection during production operation. Energy saving, reduce waste. Comply with regulatory requirements. Protect employees' health & safety.
遵守并支持EHS政策、方针、目标及程序，配合监督实际生产运营中的环境保护。节约能源，减少废弃物。符合国家法规的规定。保障员工的健康安全。
Basic qualifications 基本条件
? Bachelor’s degree or above, major in mechanical electronics or other related subjects.
本科学历或以上，机械电子或其他相关专业。
? Be familiar with industrial engineer, manufacturing system design and process optimization knowledge.
熟悉工业工程，制造系统设计及流程优化等知识。
? Good English communication ability and computer application skill.
良好的英语沟通能力和计算机应用技巧。
Nice to haves (preferred qualifications) 期望条件
? At least 3 years’ work experience in joint-venture or wholly owned enterprise.
至少3年以上的合资或独资企业工作经验。
? Excellent communication and coordination skills.
