主要职责Essential responsibilities and duties:
Organize GAPs daily production, produce good quality products on scheduled time, drive GAPs to achieve PIP.确保生产班组按时按质完成生产任务，推动班组完成工厂改善计划。

主要任务The main missions of the role are:
Establish GAPs ’QCDP targets with UAP Manager and continuous improve: PPM，PPH、TRS, absenteeism rate, accident frequency, improvement ideas.与UAP经理和一起，定义GAP的QCDP目标（对实际情况做出改进）：PPM，PPH、TRS，缺勤率、事故次数、改进建议。
Manage GAPs ’performance, provide accurate production data to UAP Manager. 每天监督生产绩效，并在交班前向UAP经理汇报准确的生产数据。
Manage resources to achieve results: arrange manpower adapted to volume. 为实现结果进行资源管理：根据产量适当配置人员等。
Act as GAP leader if necessary. 必要时代替GAP组长工作。
Implement QRCI in case of a problem ：take containment actions, call support functions if necessary, build corrective action plans 如遇问题，执行QRCI：采取即时围堵政策，通知支持功能部门，建立改正行动计划。
Drive continuous improvement with the GAPs aligned with PIP. 根据工厂改善计划推动部门改善。
Team management, including daily management and teambuilding. 团队管理，包括日常管理和团队建设。
Complete other task assigned by manager.完成上级交代的其他任务。

资格要求Qualifications :
理想候选人的期望/ The ideal candidate will have/be:
教育背景/Education: Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related fields本科以上学历，工业工程专业优先
经验/ Experience: 至少三年以上相关工作经验，有外资或制造业行业背景优先考虑Minimum 3 years related working experience in an industrial environment, foreign-invested manufacturing plants experience is preferred
