主要职责Essential responsibilities and duties: ? 前台及行政工作,协助MOD招聘工作/离职办理,HR固定资产管理,劳保办公用品采购。 Front desk and administrative work, MOD recruitment/ staff turnover, staff information maintenance, HR fixed assets management, labor insurance office supplies procurement. 主要任务The main missions of the role are: ? 协助MOD招聘:协助完成MOD的面试,员工面试信息录入及维护。 Assist in MOD recruitment: assist in completing MOD interviews, input and maintenance of interview information for employees ? 人力资源部固定资产管理及核对。 Management and Check of Fixed Assets in Human Resources Department ? 每月按时完成工厂劳保、办公用品、工服等采购发放工作,班车、食堂、宿舍管理。 Complete the factory labor insurance, office supplies, uniforms and other purchasing work on time every month, and management of shuttle buses,canteens,dormitories. ? 协助行政专员负责部门管辖范围内的5S工作 Assist the administrative specialist in handling 5S work within the department’s jurisdiction. ? 前台整体事务,包含访客接待登记,访客劳保用品的发放及管理等。 The overall affairs of the front desk include the reception and registration of visitors, the issuance and management of visitors'labor insurance supplies, etc. ? 监控工厂情况异动反馈。 Monitor the change feedback of the factory.
