主要职责Essential responsibilities and duties:
61 实施预防性和纠正性维修，确保技术设备设施（包括生产设备设施和环境、办公设备设施，不含IT设备）的***状态。
Implement preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure that technical equipment and facilities (including production equipment and facilities and environment, office equipment and facilities, excluding IT equipment) are in optimal condition.
主要任务The main missions of the role are:
61 负责工厂设备的巡查，发现设备隐患和制定检修计划；
Serve the field production and timely complete the daily corrective maintenance.
61 协助供应商进行设备安装调试，进行操作和维护培训。
Assist supplier in equipment installation and commissioning, operation and maintenance training.
61 生产线巡查，及时发现设备安全和故障隐患，以及操作者对设备的不良操作，制止并反馈到设备工程师或UAP主管。
Inspection of production line to find equipment safety and trouble spots and operator's improper operation of equipment, stop and report to equipment engineer or UAP supervisor.
61 负责工厂的设备维修工作，按维修单做好设备问题诊断和维修，并及时制定纠正措施；
Responsible for the maintenance of equipment in the factory and formulate corrective measures
61 按设备保养计划和三四级保养规程实施保养工作，并优化设备保养规程；
Responsible for equipment preventive maintenance
61 完成上级交代的其他任务。
