主要职责 Main responsibilities：
1． 负责项目部日常业务及团队管理，业务合理规划、流程优化、机加技术标准建立等。Daily busniess and team management of process developing dept; organize job reasonably, optimize procedure,make the technical standard, etc
2． 负责本部门技术人员团队建设，人员梯队培养，员工培训，部门绩效管理。Responsible for the department technical personnel team construction, personnel echelon cultivating, staff training and department performance management.
3． 根据客户或商务要求，包括但不限于：图纸要求、机加技术难点要求、发货、包装、成本、新技术和新设备要求等进行合理安排，及时有效满足客户需求。Organize jobs reasonably to meet customers’ requirement effectively according to customer or commercial dept requirement: include but not limit to: drawing requirement, technical requirement, delivery, package, cost requirement, promote use new technology and new equipment.etc,
4． 负责对机械加工项目的技术文件进行指导，如APQP和PPAP等。Technical guidance of documents, like APQP, PPAP, etc
5． 负责项目的资源（如刀具、夹具、毛坏等），选择、确定、沟通、衔接工作。Responsible for resources in own department(like tool, fixture, raw parts, etc):choose, confirm, communicate, support, etc
任职资格 Job qualifications:
相关专业大专及以上学历；
英语读写能力强；
较强的沟通能力，业务推进能力和学习能力；
3年以上机械精密加工或同行业工作经验、懂CNC 编程，能熟练使用办公软件和2D & 3D 绘图软件 (cad / PRO/E、Solid Works 等)；
良好的机床知识（包括加工中心、清洗设备、专用设备），熟悉高级机床的加工技术。能承受工作压力和出差。
College degree and above in related filed; with strong skill in English writing and communication;strong ability to promote business and communicate with others;able to learn;three years or more experience in mechanical machining or similar industry;know CNC programming;able to use office software, 2D&3D design (cad / PRO/E、Solid Works etc); Good knowledge about the equipment (CNC, washing machine, Speical Machine), advance technology for machining. Able suffering pressure in work and accept business travel.
