PURPOSE OF THE JOB · Deliver training to Sephora BA to achieve sales target, build good relationship with Sephora stores to get more supports 为丝芙兰美容顾问提供培训完成销售指标,与丝芙兰店方建立良好的关系。 MAIN RESPONSABILITIES · Sephora BA training and in-store coaching 丝芙兰美容顾问培训和店内指导。 · Conduct effective in-class training 组织有效的课堂培训。 · Ensure achievement of sales target by month确保每月的销售指标达标。 · Ensure brand image and market ranking 确保品牌形象和市场排名。 · Ensure execution of plans 确保计划的有效执行。 · Daily counter maintenance and management (product, stock and display) 日常柜台的维护管理(产品,库存和陈列) · Study Dior and competitors well, trends analyzer, especially in Sephora channel 学习迪奥和相关竞争者的相关内容,分析潮流趋势,尤其是丝芙兰渠道。 · Sharing with team and Dior training team to enhance efficiency 与团队和迪奥培训部分享信息,加强合作。 · Build up good relationship with the store 与店方建立良好关系。 Key competencies 关键能力: · Strong retail management skills 零售管理技巧 · Strong essential skill: make up, skin care, Fragrance and consultation skills 良好的基本技巧:彩妆,护肤,香水和协商技巧。 · Good communication skills 良好的沟通技巧 · Good training/coaching skills 良好的培训、辅导技巧 · Strong execution skills 良好的执行技巧 · Business acumen 商业头脑 · Willing to travel 愿意出差 Technical skills 专业技能: · At least 2 years in related position experience, cosmetics/fashion-related experience is preferred; 2年以上相关职位经验,化妆品、时尚有关的经验优先 · Fluent in English (oral and written)
