PURPOSE OF THE JOB
· Deliver training to Sephora BA to achieve sales target, build good relationship with Sephora stores to get more supports 为丝芙兰美容顾问提供培训完成销售指标，与丝芙兰店方建立良好的关系。
MAIN RESPONSABILITIES
· Sephora BA training and in-store coaching 丝芙兰美容顾问培训和店内指导。
· Conduct effective in-class training 组织有效的课堂培训。
· Ensure achievement of sales target by month确保每月的销售指标达标。
· Ensure brand image and market ranking 确保品牌形象和市场排名。
· Ensure execution of plans 确保计划的有效执行。
· Daily counter maintenance and management (product, stock and display) 日常柜台的维护管理（产品，库存和陈列）
· Study Dior and competitors well, trends analyzer, especially in Sephora channel 学习迪奥和相关竞争者的相关内容，分析潮流趋势，尤其是丝芙兰渠道。
· Sharing with team and Dior training team to enhance efficiency 与团队和迪奥培训部分享信息，加强合作。
· Build up good relationship with the store 与店方建立良好关系。

Technical skills 专业技能:
· At least 2 years in related position experience, cosmetics/fashion-related experience is preferred; 2年以上相关职位经验，化妆品、时尚有关的经验优先
· Fluent in English (oral and written)
