岗位要求：
61 above 5 years of work experience 5年以上工作经验 Master or above in electrical engineering, automation or electronic engineering 电气工程，自动化或电子相关专业，硕士及以上学历 Experienced in the hardware/software development; 具备汽车电机控制器硬件/软件方面的开发经验； Experienced in system FUSA and Cyber engineering activities(HAZOP, FMEA and FTA etc.); 具备系统功能安全开发和网络安全开发经验（HAZOP, FMEA, FTA等）； Experienced in the ASPICE and AUTOSAR; 熟悉ASPICE开发流程和AUTOSAR软件架构. Familiar to the motor control theory, power electronics technology; 熟悉电机控制理论、电力电子技术； Familiar to relevant norms/standards of motor controller at home and abroad, and be able to guide product development. 熟练掌握行业及国内外电机控制器相关法规及标准，并能应用于指导产品开发； Good communication and cooperation capability. 良好的沟通和合作能力。 Good at English, be able to discuss technical topics in English. 熟练掌握英文听说读写, 可用英文进行技术讨论
