Position Summary Work under general direction of the Zone Sales Manager. Responsible for the operation of configuration and price quotation systems, sales assistances and coordination to ZSM, es-tablishing and managing customer da-tabase. Operation, evaluation, quality and appropri-ateness of dealers in the regions.
Job Description Main Tasks 1. Achieve annually planned sales targets 2. Ensure the regional operation of configuration and quotation systems for strategic busi-ness and market-ing goals in the regions 3. Assists ZSM and regional dealers for achieving planned targets and for new growth strat-egies 4. Builds database for local account management and further development in the market and evaluations 5. Understands/respects corporate requirements for standards of performance and busi-ness, makes recom-mendations on pricing strategies
Requirements Education:Bachelor Degree or above in Material Engineering or relavant preferred. Experience 1. Minimal 5 years of sales and marketing experience in China in a competitive market, ideally similar target markets preferred. 2. Lived and worked in the regions 3. Imaging technology, optics or microscopy experiences would be a big plus
Other skills 1. Strong Interpersonal, oral and written communication skills 2. Work results-oriented 3. Analyzing and reporting regional sales data 4. Use of computer software 5.
