Job Description: 1.Schedule planning and arrangement e.g. Trip/vacation arrangement 2.Meeting arrangement,e.g scheduling,meeting material preparing and meeting minutes 3.Making PPT slides for presentation acc. to different requirement 4. Complete various reports related to logistics planning and update PBI according to established monthly schedule. 5.Office organizing, meeting room administration 6.Sample order creation in SAP and temporary back up as planner when necessary 7. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Requirements 1. Bachelor degree (supply chain related major is preferred) 2. Proficiency in using MS-Office, especially Excel (understanding PowerBI is preferred) 3. CET-4 (CET-6 is preferred) 4. Coping, flexibility, initiative, communication skills, strong sense of responsibility
