Tasks:
- Support on application and system level for Chassis mechatronic Products to fulfill local mechatronic Strategy
- Definition and realization of Testing Strategies, perform tests based on System specification/Architecture in relationship with Customer
- Responsible on OEM Requirement and develop testing strategies/test cases and support DVP including customer side Integration together with OEM.
- Create, align and control Test Specification with OEM.
- Support Change Management (OEM, Schaeffler Germany & China)
- Individual Alignment (working-level) with global V&V counterpart necessary
- Report within the Project structure to local Multi-Project-Manager and Technical Project Manager.
- Problem Solving during development

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechatronic
- Good team player, willingness to change, clear communication and good goal orientation are necessary
- At lease min 3 years related Automotive working experience or above
- Steering system engineering experience preferred.
