Tasks:
- Design for iRWS product and related components
- Give fully support for responsible SPM Mechanics, testing, purchasing, quality and production
- Support supplier development
- Support samples building up
- Support to make DFMEA
- Make the drawing for assembly, components, quotation and delivery
- Make bill of material
- Deal with SAP ordering procedures
- Responsible for EHS on own responsible area and strictly follow legal requirements and Schaeffler regulations, proper use personal protection equipment, attend relevant EHS training, immediately report accident or unsafe aspects to supervisor
- Support and take initiatives on Fit for Quality.
- Support and take initiatives on MOVE.
- Support and take initiatives on Health, Safety & Security.
- Support on Environmental Management.
- Support on internal control.
- Support on Excellence

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering
- At least 5 years working experience in related position
- Steering gear design experience is preferred.
- Fluency of English
- Initiative, willingness to change, team spirit and self-reflection
