岗位职责：
-Responsible for designated area’s package design for OEM/OES(Original Equipment Supplier) finished goods (one-way, Racks, KLT and other returnable package), package deforming and damage handling;
负责OEM和OES成品包装设计 (包括一次性纸箱、料架、KLT以及其他回转容器 )及包装异常分析处理；
-Control and approve the package proposal for raw material from supplier based on company package standard, push package improvement after SOP;
基于公司包装标准，对原材料供应商的正常供货包装进行控制以、批准及推动量产后续改进；
-Actively leading to solve package failure from customer complaint (with the systematic quality tool like 8D);
负责用系统方法（例如8D） 解决客户的包装投诉；
-Communicate/Cooperate with AA(after market) for designated package topic;
负责跟AA沟通合作有关相关包装问题，包括：样件试装及系统释放；
-Responsible the package data maintain in SAP/Pagos(internal system) and master data;
负责在SAP/Pagos系统维护相应包装成品包装以及原材料包装数据；
-Responsible for the assigned area for package standardization;
负责所成品以及原材料包装标准化任务；
-Leading the package cost improvement project for product;
负责领导产品的包装成本改善项目；
-Involve and support logistics continuous improvement project;
参与以及协助相关物流持续改进项目；

任职要求：
-At least 3 years related working experience
至少3年以上工作经验
-Packaging engineering/Printing engineering
包装/印刷工程
-Deep knowledge/theory about package material (cardboard, pallet, PS, PP, EPP material, rack) and design principle
具有较深的工业包装结构设计技能(包括对纸板，托盘，其他包装材料，料架，铁笼)
-AuotCAD
熟练使用绘图工具，如AutoCAD
- English (very good in writing and communication)
