Job Responsibilities & Requirements:
- Responsible for PPF products (generators, light tower, dewatering pumps, -- - Energy storage system) sales through individual efforts and dealer network to achieve sales targets in East of China territory.
- Develop and implement regional sales plans to achieve quarterly/annual revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and partnerships.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular business reviews to understand client needs and align solutions.
- Provide actionable insights to internal teams (Marketing, Product) to enhance regional relevance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and support.
- Track and report on sales metrics (pipeline, conversion rates, revenue) using CRM tools.

工作职责:
- 负责PPF产品(发电机组、照明灯车、排水泵、储能系统设备)的销售,并通过个人直销及经销商网络达到东部区域销售目标。
- 制定并执行区域销售计划,以达成季度 / 年度收入目标。
- 通过市场调研、人脉拓展和建立合作关系来识别并追踪新的商业机会。
- 管理从潜在客户开发到合同谈判及签约的整个销售周期。
- 与重点客户建立并维护牢固的关系,确保客户的高满意度和留存率。
- 定期进行业务评估,以了解客户需求并调整解决方案。
- 向内部团队(市场部、产品部)提供切实可行的见解,以增强区域适应性。
- 与跨职能团队协作,确保客户顺利启用产品并获得支持。
- 使用客户关系管理(CRM)工具跟踪并报告销售指标(销售漏斗、转化率、收入)。

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, majored in mechanical engineer or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, with 2+ years in a regional/territory management role.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to fast-paced environments.
- Willing to travel.

- 本科及以上学历,机械工程或相关专业。
- 至少 3 年销售经验,其中 2 年以上担任区域管理职位。
- 超额完成销售目标的良好记录。
- 具备较强的谈判、演示和顾问式销售技巧。
- 具备自我驱动力,以结果为导向,能适应快节奏的工作环境。
- 愿意出差。
