Tracking PDP achive ratio and make action to achive 100% with UAP 跟踪PDP达成率,与生产部一起确保达成
Update customer demand and production schedule in SAP, and ensure accurate data; 在SAP系统中维护客户需求和生产计划,以确保数据的准确性;
Coordinate with production line to ensure production plan completion rate in case of emergency; 在紧急情况下协调各车间生产资源,确保生产计划完成率的指标;
Finish good & WIP management 成品&半成品管理
Tracking FG delivery status,ensure customer MPM is 0 跟踪成品交付情况, 确保客户MPM为0
Control extra cost (out bound) 控制出货的额外费用
Check phycial check(FG&WIP), ensure the inventory accuracy. 检查成品及半成品的盘点,确保库存的准确性
Update and check logistics data in MFG/PRO timely and ensure the accuracy of data base, such as safety stock, lead-time and etc 及时更新和检查系统内的物流参数(FG&WIP关联),保证其准确性,如安全库存,提前期等
Inventory management 库存管理
Monitor inventory status,include material,FG,WIP),ensure inventory in the budget 设定成品、半成品库存水平并监控库存状况(包括物料,成品,半成品,并使存货水平在预算范围之内
Lead inventory reduce with other people in logistics department 与部门其他人员一起,主导库存的改进
Check if LW operate obey the rule, help and monitor shopfloor do the improvement 检查现场成品,半成品物流操作执行状况,监督并协助现场改进

Qualifications 任职资格:
Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in management, logistics, automobile, machinery or related field is preferred; 本科学历及以上,管理、物流、汽车、机械等相关专业优先;
At least 3-year planning experience in seating industry; 3年以上整椅行业生产计划工作经验;
Practical ERP system operation experience and good planning concept, SAP is preferred; ERP材料计划经验,逻辑思维, SAP使用经验优先;
Fluent use in both oral and written English; 流利的英语口语及书面能力;
Qualified skills of office software such as Excel, Word, PPT; 熟练运用办公软件;
Logistical understanding of MRP; MRP (物料生产计划)的逻辑理解;
Good Communication skills and strong coordinating ability. Team work spirit and work under pressure; 良好的沟通能力以及较强的协调能力;
Problem solving and conflict management; 问题解决及冲突管理能力;
Strong sense of team spirit and customer service. 具有团队精神,且以客户为中心.
