岗位职责: Responsible for lead customer quality team to achieve customer quality target. 管理客户质量团队达成客户质量目标
1.Prticipation and coordination in APQP job with project team, resources allocation and coordination, and provide PPAP documents to customer etc. 负责与项目团队一起协调APQP阶段的工作,并向客户提交PPAP相应的文件等 2.Responsible for the quality issue of prototype stage, including first sample check based on drawing, prototype training to inspectors etc. 负责样件制作阶段的质量工作,包括首件与图纸的确认,样件检验人员的培训等 3.Definition and update of inspection WI during APQP and mass production stage according to quality requirements. 根据质量要求制定有效的检验程序和更新 4.Plan quality control and quality improvement activities to make sure to meet company’s quality standard and customer requirements 计划、监督质量控制及质量改进措施,以确保符合公司的质量标准及客户的要求。 5.Problem solving and conduct corrective action as well as verify the implementation, and experience sharing to other projects based on 8D rule 主导客户质量事故原因分析,整改计划提出及进度跟踪,并经验分享到其他项目。 6.Responsible for production related quality issues of his projects 负责自己项目的生产线异常和质量相关的问题处理 7.Improve the customer quality and keep customer quality under the target 改善提高客户质量并保持客户质量在目标以内 8.Other tasks assigned by Manager 经理指定的其他任务
岗位要求: Bachelor degree or above in Science or Engineering major 本科以上学历,工程专业学历背景 IATF16949 内审员培训经历 At least 5 years working experience in related industries within automotive, cross function of Quality 5年以上汽车及相关行业工作经历 English – fluent in Business 英语熟练 Computer user (Office software, SPC) 熟练操作办公自动化软件
