职位设置目的

Purpose of Position:
To provide technical research and troubleshooting internally and externally.
To work on new raw material sourcing and self-development;
To develop new products according to the technical trends and customer requirements;



首要职责

Principal Accountabilities:

Follow the R&D direction, development and improve the current formulation and products;
Technical research and instruction to internal and external customers;
To initiate and manage R&D projects, to ensure project can be completed in time and bring additional value to company and customers;
To be sensitive on new market trends and customer requirements, can take pre-study on the future interior product and push it to practical application;



学历及技能要求

Knowledge and Skill Requirements:

Master in Chemistry, Polymers, Chemical Engineering and relative sciences.
Good chemical and material knowledge and R&D spirit
Good strategy and result-oriented mind;
Good research or R&D project experience;
Experience in coating / calendaring / extrusion process is highly preferred;
Experience in automotive and/or industry polymer is a plus;
Good communication skills both in English and Mandarin
Knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental policies and legislation.
