技能要求REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
1. 了解ISO9001质量管理体系、5S与精益生产等管理知识; Familiar with ISO9001 quality management system,5S and lean production management. 2. 良好思维逻辑能力、人际交往和沟通能力； Good logical thinking, interpersonal and communication skills. 3. 熟练使用office软件； Proficient with office software. 4. 熟悉测量工具：卡尺； Skillful to use measuring tool: sliding calipers. 5. 有一定管理及带队经验； Have some management and team leading experience. 6. 基本的英语沟通能力。 English communication skills.
任职资格MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
1. 良好的领导力，沟通、执行能力；有责任心，可承受一定工作压力； Strong leadership, good communication and execution skills, strong sense of responsibility, work effectively under pressure. 2. 大专及以上学历，机械加工制造专业优先； College and above degree, majoring in mechanical engineering preferred. 3. 至少有10年制造业工作经验，金属加工行业优先。 Minimum 10 years working experience in metal processing industry.
