主要岗位职责: ? Plant facilities maintenance, including building and public estate areas, power supply, lighting, air condition, exhaust system, compressed air, dust collection system, waste water system, water, gas supply, fire fighting system and CCTV etc. 工厂设施维护,包括建筑和公共小区,供电,照明,空调,排气系统,压缩空气,除尘系统,废水系统,供水,供气,消防系统和闭路电视等。 ? Test, inspect, troubleshoot, calibrate and repair Facility systems, ensure utility supplies (including water, power, gas, air compressor and etc.) stable and no interruption to impact the manufacturing operation ?测试,检查,排除故障,校准和维修设施系统,确保公共设施供应(包括水,电,气,空压机等)稳定,不中断影响生产运行 ? Building maintenance and environmental improvement, manage a team of facilities personnel and maintenance contractors to achieve business results in terms of cost, site delivery, timeliness and quality ?建筑维护和环境改善,管理设施人员和维护承包商团队,在成本、现场交付、及时性和质量方面实现业务结果 ? Prepare facility maintenance strategy, responsible for maintenance, vendor management and contract administration covering services related to facilities management 准备设备维护策略,负责设备维护,供应商管理和合同管理,包括设备管理相关服务 ? Organize maintenance with own staffs or subcontractor, build a strong working relationship with the building landlord and building services staff to ensure proper integrity of services provided ?与自己的员工或分包商组织维护工作,与建筑业主和建筑服务人员建立良好的工作关系,以确保提供的服务的完整性 ? Ensure compliance with regulatory codes and environmental guidelines(based on ISO9000 and TS16949) and establish critical systems testing and emergency procedures, as well company policies and procedures, 确保符合法规和环境指导方针(基于ISO9000和TS16949),建立关键系统测试和应急程序,以及公司政策和程序; ? Establish performance criteria and parameters for vendors and service providers, in conjunction with procurement, initiates leverage on vendor contracts, service agreements 建立供应商和服务供应商的绩效标准和参数,与采购一起,启动对供应商合同和服务协议的利用 ? Reduce, manage, analyze and report operating expense, deploy facilities cost saving programs (e.g. energy, water, gas, electricity, etc..), assist CGT management with the preparation of annual budgets and full year projection ?减少、管理、分析和报告运营费用,部署设备成本节约方案(如能源、水、气、电等),协助总工管理层编制年度预算和全年计划 ? Maintain proper documentation of requests, changes, incidents, QMS, etc.. ?维护要求、变更、事故、质量管理体系等的适当文件。 ? Guide and supervise all facility equipment and landscape maintenance, site housekeeping 指导和监督所有设施设备和景观的维护,现场管理 ? Maintain good relationship with authorities like Power Bureau, EPB, water and gas supply company ?与电力局、EPB、供水、供气等部门保持良好关系
