熟悉汽车行业质量系统 如ITAF 16949、VDA 、ISO14001、ISO45001标准。熟练运用问题解决工具。
Familiar with automotive quality systems such as ITAF 16949, VDA, ISO14001, ISO45001. Skilled use of problem solving tools.
具有良好的沟通，指导技能与领导力、抗压力。
Good communication, coaching and leadership skills, be able to work under pressure.

4.1 全面负责公司的质量管理工作、确保全公司的相关质量体系在内部能够合理运行并且有效执行到位；

4.2 制定相关质量管理制度如质量问题的快速反应机制。负责技术、质量、管理文件、记录的控制，组织质量认证。
