· Familiar with Chinese EHS regulations and standards, implement company management procedures and requirements in daily work according to above regulations/standards with detailed planning, also improve technical EHS requirement accordingly 熟知国家、地方和行业的法律法规和标准要求并落实到日常工作中，完善公司相关安全环保健康技术要求
· Support and work together with responsible departments to re-evaluation of risk assessment、 environmental impact and occupational hazards according to operation scope. Support EHS supervisor to improve systematically control in new material assessment and precautions measures to comply with regulations and approvals 依据经营活动的特点，推进各部门对风险评估及危险源\环境因素评价\职业危害因素的定期识别与更新。协助EHS主管对新材料引入进行系统风险评估及管控措施追踪，确保公司合法合规
· Participate in EHS change management on new, change and expansion project; Take risk assessment for new equipment and new process with responsible department 参与新、改、扩建项目的EHS变更管理，更新新设备以及新流程的变更管理内容
· Coordinate site emergency response plan, ensure timely effective reaction for emergency situation, hold emergency response drills and make summary accordingly 协调应急响应预案，确保对紧急情况发生时的有效响应；组织应急响应演习并对演练的情况进行分析和总结学习
· Daily patrol in site and supervise the implementation of dangerous work management （hot work, work at height, crane and lifting, confined space entry etc.）, issue and check permit quality and randomly check in non-working times for contractor working on site 对现场进行日常巡查，监管危险作业管理（例如动火、登高、吊装、有限空间等作业），签发及监督作业票的质量并随即抽查非行政班的承包商施工合规表现
· Fulfil the other tasks assigned by EHS supervisor and Operation director 完成上级主管分配的其他工作
QUALIFICATION
· Working experience as chemist or electrical technical knowledge as preferred, better to have EHS knowledge or good learning desire for EHS 具备化学师或电气背景工作经验，有一定的EHS基本知识技能或乐于学习者优先考虑
· Excellent communication and influencing skills 具备良好的沟通能力
· Be expected to have the problem solving ability; be able to work in a team-oriented manner in order to accomplish performance ob 具备解决问题的能力，能够独立完成分配的工作；以团队导向的工作方式完成目标
· Good computer and Microsoft Office skills 良好的计算机和办公软件技能
· Basic English capability to meet with the requirement of daily job 具备基础的英语读写能力，满足工作要求
