职位设置目的
Purpose of Position:
? To work on specific research topics related to artificial leather or functional polymer films;
? To provide technical support and troubleshooting internally and externally.
? To comply with Health, Safety and Environmental policies and legislation.

首要职责
Principal Accountabilities:
? Fundamental research on frontier scientific area and investigate the application potential in automotive interiors;
? Technical support and training to internal and external customers.
? To be sensitive on new market trends and customer requirements, can take pre-study on the future interior product;

学历及技能要求
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
? PhD in Chemistry, Polymers, Chemical Engineering, High Performance Materials and relative sciences.
? Good language and interpersonal ability: fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English;
? Knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental policies and legislation.
? Good publication or application experience would be a plus;
