Job Description: The Project Manager, who reports directly to the Sales Director and the General Manager, will be responsible for the following duties: 1. Directly managing existing projects 2. Ensuring achievement of objectives through constant monitoring of results, goals, and KPIs 3. Coordinating internal activities undertaken by the production and technical offices to fine-tune production 4.Conducting customer visits when necessary to determine and define the machines and technologies that best suit specific needs 5. Supporting/interfacing with the Technical/R&D department in the definition of new technologies to be implemented.
Job Requirements: 1. A university degree (preferably in Engineering) and/or a Technical Diploma 2. At least 4-5 years of experience in the role of Project Manager 3. Good technical knowledge and experience gained in customized/technical machines and automatic lines 4. Autonomous management of project management 5. Ability and experience in managing complex negotiations and interfacing at different levels 6. Good knowledge of the English language 7. Availability to travel 8.Dynamism, results-oriented, ambition, willingness to grow, precision, and organization.
