首要职责
Principal Accountabilities:
Work collaboratively with suppliers and plant to identify and execute continuous cost and performance improvement strategies for MRO.
协调供应商与工厂间的合作，以期为非生产性材料创造持续的成本以及供货业绩的提高；
Perform total cost of ownership evaluations, perform supply-market research and conduct pricing audits and impact analysis for the pursuit of continuous cost improvements Lead open bidding and negotiation for long term contract with core suppliers.
对于采购成本的控制，通过对于供应市场的研究以及价格比较，或者与核心供应商签订长期合作协议以期达到降本增效的目的；
Identify, evaluate and develop core MRO suppliers to meet MRO purchasing strategy.
搜寻，评估以及发展核心的非生产性材料供应商，从而满足MRO产品采购策略；
Measure and manage suppliers' performance relative to contracted service levels.
通过对于合同的执行情况，来评测供应商的业绩水平；
Evaluate and resolve strategic supplier performance issues timely to ensure internal customer satisfaction.
及时评估并关闭核心供应商出现的问题，从而确保内部客户满意度；
To track delivery schedules, assuring that agreed deliveries are on time and reporting potential risks.
To Conduct evaluation & audit to existing MRO vendors along with technical & quality team periodically;
跟踪发货情况，确保送货的及时性，并及时汇报可能存在的供货风险；
与相关部门定期评估审核MRO供应商；
Maintain a relationship with major vendors to provide the most complete utilization of their know-how, research development, ideas, abilities, methods and material application;
与主要供应商保持良好关系，以充分利用供应商解决问题能力、研究能力、知识面等诸多有利之处；
Following up with payment issues, apply for payment and make payment schedule if required;
与财务部门协作结算事宜，及时跟进付款进程，如有需求制定付款计划；
Other responsibility assigned by Purchasing Manager;

资格及技能要求
Qualification and Skill Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above, engineering preferred, at least 3 years MRO buyer or Plant buyer experience in manufacturing environment;
工程专业大学本科或以上学历，至少3年以上制造行业MRO采购或者工厂采购经验；
Integrity and honesty；
诚实正直
Professional in enquiry, comparison, negotiation; Understand the technical & quality requirements of products and be able to clarify to vendors;
擅长供应商询价、比价、议价；能够理解产品技术及质量要求，并向供应商阐述；
Excellent cost analytical, cross functional communication & interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively;
具备出色的成本分析，跨部门沟通技巧；具有影响力的；
Capability to fit in fast-pace and great pressure working environment;
具备适应在高效高压环境下工作的能力；
Must have a desire to maintain quality, safety and customer satisfaction;
具有维护质量，安全及客户满意的愿望；
Dedicated and enthusiastic.

Good communication skill in Chinese & English, and familiar with Office, SAP;
