Responsibilities:
· 1）Proficient in 2D/3D design software. Complete the specific work of
technology research and development, and complete the design and preparation of
product drawings and related documents
精通熟练2D/3D设计软件，完成技术研发的具体工作并完成产品图纸及相关文件的设计编制工作
· 2）Familiar with various engineering materials, select suitable materials for
project design
熟悉各种工程材料，项目设计选择合适的材料
· 3）Familiar with the process of product development, proficient in the use of
FMEA and other engineering tools
熟悉产品开发的流程，熟练运用FMEA,QFD, DOE等工程工具
· 4）Participate in the review of new products, the evaluation of manufacturing
capabilities, and the preparation and implementation of project developed plans.
参与新产品的评审、制造能力的评估与项目开发计划编制与实施
· 3）Calculate product costs and assist sales staff in quotation
核算产品制作成本并协助销售人员报价
· 4）Lead the project team to prepare new parts and materials, sample and
testing
牵头项目小组准备项目所需新部件及材料，样品的制作与测试
· 5）Track the production of new products, assist with various technical
problems in production and quality
跟踪新产品生产情况，协助生产和质量出现的各类技术问题
· 6） Assist the quality department to participate in handling quality issues
raised by customers
参与处理客户提出的质量问题，熟练运用8D，鱼骨图等质量工具
· 7）Identify opportunities to reduce cost from components and/or assemblies
during development.
项目开发期间，从零件或装配中，寻找机会降低成本。
Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
· 1）Above Bachelor's degree with mechanical/ Engineering background
本科以上，机械/工程相关背景；
· 2）More than 3 years’ experience in OEM product design field, work experience
in Appliance/Heating field is preferred.
OEM产品设计开发3年以上，最好有家电/加热器设计经验；
· 3）Good skill of write in English;
良好的英语的书写能力；
· 4）Well knowledge of 3D and 2D Drawing , familiar with software such as CAD,
Solidworks, or CATIA, UG;
丰富的三维和二维图纸的知识，精通CAD, Solidworks或 CATIA, UG等3D设计软件；
· 5）Well know about Design & Develop documents and tools, for example: BOM.
DFMEA, etc.;
熟悉相关设计开发文件和工具：BOM, D-FMEA等；
