岗位职责：
1．参与新产品项目立项可行性调研，参与系统方案设计。
Participate in new product project feasibility research, participate in system design.
2.根据设备产线的能力，拟制工艺制造方案和项目计划，研究开发落实并培训具体的操作。
According to the capacity of the equipment production line, draw up the process manufacturing plan and project plan, research and develop the implementation and training of specific operations.
3.承担产品BOM结构等零部件的详细设计和建立工艺路径，ECN评估等。
Responsible for the detailed design and establishment of product BOM structure and routing, ECN evaluation, etc.
4.承担新产品和样品的研制、调试。为后期工业化生产打下良好的基础。
Undertake new product and sample development, debugging and related technical and process output, make good foundation for future industrialization.
5.分析和PFMA (面向制造和夹心材料的设计和应用)检查。
Analysis and PFMA (Design and Application for manufacturing and filling materials) inspection.
6.与设备工程师进行模具治具的讨论和开发。
Discuss and develop tooling fixtures with equipment engineer.
7.Verification of the technical specification and capability of new equipment
新设备的技术标准和技术能力的验证；
8.Industrialization of the new equipment and hand-over to production team
新设备的工业化并交付给生产团队；

职位要求：
1.Bachelor degree or above, majored in IE, automatic mechanical manufacturing engineering, mechanical engineering, materials chemical engineering or equivalent;
本科以上学历，工业工程、机械自动化工程、机械工程、材料化学工程等相关专业;
2).More than 5 years’ working experience in MFG industry, and minimum 3 years process engineering& process development experience is must.
5年以上制造业经验，至少3年以上工艺工程及工艺开发工作经验；
3.Good experience on lean manufacturing (layout, continuous flow, VSM, etc.) is preferred.
良好的精益生产（产线布局、连续流、价值流程图等工具）工作经验优先。
4.Good experience on CAD.
熟练使用AUTO CAD。
5.Be able to support sales on customer site. And night shift follow production in night shift。
能配合出差，以及必要的夜班跟产。
6.Familiar with IATF16949 requirements and PFMEA,PPAP,APQP,SPC tools. Internal auditor qualification is preferred
熟悉IATF16949要求和PFMEA,PPAP,APQP,SPC工具。有内审员资格优先
