要求：
1. Junior college degree, 3+years work experience as production supervisor, 8+years related area working experience
大学专科或以上学历，具备至少三年以上生产管理工作经验，八年以上产线的相关工作经验
2. Familiar with same areas' product and background
熟悉相关行业的产品及背景知识
3. Familiar with TS16949、IS014001 quality system and relevant requirements
熟悉TS16949、ISO14001等体系
4. Excellent in team management can bear high working pressure, strong sense of responsibilities;
具备优秀的团队管理能力，能承受相当的工作压力，有较强的责任心及主动性；
5. Good competence of finding, analyzing and solving problems.
