Responsibilities: -Coordinate with sales and technical team to propose market strategy, new business development plan based on comprehensive market assessment, as well as the following strategy execution -Conduct research to identify new markets, customer needs and improving sales. -Responsible for the company's business development and seeking new business opportunities. Identifying and developing new business opportunities with new customers. -Familiar with interior or restrain safety system products. -Strong capability to develop NEV and China local new OEMs -Develop businesses by offer clients RFQ -Define targets prices and China market analysis -Build best selling prices respecting Group strategy for new project -Performing any job-related assignments as required
Qualification: -Bacholar degree or above -More than 7 years related working experience in Automotive industry. -Familiar with NEV and China local OEMs’ process -Have experience of China market strategy analysis -With strong independent BD ability -With strong self-driven and aggressive to challenge. -Fluent in Oral English and good communication skills. -Adapt to frequency travel -Report to the director of program development management
