主要工作职责：
负责新车型及改款车型的底板、侧围、总拼，门盖及完成线的工艺、布局、物流规划及产品规划等工作。
Responsible for the overall process, layout and logistics planning and incorporation of new models and product changes in the underbody, body side, framing, doors & closure or finish line.
搜集和管理相关工艺文件
Collecting and managing related process documentation.
支持并保障有效的焊装车间新车型的品质控制计划。
Supports and assures successful launch of the new Body-Shop and incorporation of new models.
确保所有区域的人力、安全、质量、分工、成本及环境满足预算、质量及时间节点的要求。
Assures budget, quality and timing objectives are met or exceeded in all areas including People, Safety, Quality, Responsiveness, Cost and Environmental Initiatives.
支持生产完成指定目标。
Supports manufacturing in achieving their business objectives.
负责组织焊装车间新车型白车身的试装及解决试装过程中问题点的推动解决。
Responsible for organizing to implement new project vehicle BIW pilot manufacturing in Body-Shop, focus on finding all problems during pilot activity and push to solve these problems.
负责包含现场人力、设备、物料、方法、环境的持续改善，参与并支持完成合理的改进方案。
Provides overall Kaizen activity leadership in Body-Shop including improvement and optimization on site from ***, machine, material, method and environment, organizing all people in Body-Shop to take part in improvement activity and support to implement the reasonable proposals.
负责精益生产系统的实施，开展相关知识的学习与培训。
Responsible for lean manufacturing system implement in Body-Shop. Organize to learn lean manufacturing system and provide relative training to members in Body-Shop.
其他领导安排的工作。

Must have held similar position in body-shops at another automotive OEM for at least 3 years is preferred.
