岗位职责: 1、及时准确地搜集与分析材料、工时、费用成本数据,严格管控成本; Tracing and analyzing materials.Labor time and OH timely and accurately,and control costs strictly. 2、成本核算与差异分析,编制月度报告; Cost calculation and deviation analysis, prepare cost monthly reports. 3、项目报价与实际成本的差异分析及改进; Analysis and improvement of deviation between quotation and actual cost. 4、存货盘点,分析差异并优化存货管理流程; Inventory physical count and optimizing inventory management process. 5、完成上级领导分配的其他工作任务。 Ad hoc task assigned by supervisor. 岗位要求: 1、本科及以上学历,财务相关专业; Bachelor’s degree and above with related major in finance and accounting. 2、一年及以上成本会计相关工作经验; 1+ working experience in costing. 3、英语四级及以上,一定的英语听说读写能力: Good English reading and writing skills, CET-4 and above. 4、能熟练使用OFFICE工具(尤其EXCEL熟练; Good skill in MS office. especially Excel. 5、工作主动积极,较好的沟通协调能力,认真踏实执行力强,有较好的责任心和抗压能力,自驱力强。 Proactive,strong execute skill,good communication and coordination skills, Strong principled,upright,rigorous,high sense of responsibility and flexibility, open-minded, Self motivated.
