岗位职责：
1、及时准确地搜集与分析材料、工时、费用成本数据，严格管控成本;
Tracing and analyzing materials.Labor time and OH timely and accurately，and control costs strictly.
2、成本核算与差异分析，编制月度报告；
Cost calculation and deviation analysis, prepare cost monthly reports.
3、项目报价与实际成本的差异分析及改进;
Analysis and improvement of deviation between quotation and actual cost.
4、存货盘点，分析差异并优化存货管理流程；
Inventory physical count and optimizing inventory management process.
5、完成上级领导分配的其他工作任务。
Ad hoc task assigned by supervisor.
岗位要求：
1、本科及以上学历，财务相关专业;
Bachelor’s degree and above with related major in finance and accounting.
2、一年及以上成本会计相关工作经验；
1+ working experience in costing.
3、英语四级及以上，一定的英语听说读写能力:
Good English reading and writing skills, CET-4 and above.
4、能熟练使用OFFICE工具(尤其EXCEL熟练;
Good skill in MS office. especially Excel.
5、工作主动积极，较好的沟通协调能力，认真踏实执行力强，有较好的责任心和抗压能力，自驱力强。
