MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: 1.Provide medium & high level of IT helpdesk to users. 2.Company digitalization projects involvement and follow-up technical supports. 3.Manage the computers, peripherals, telephone system, printing system, visitor system, etc. 4.User accounts (AD, O365, Printing) creation, management, block or deletion, etc. 5.Good communication and cooperation with HQ IT team as need. 6.To perform any of other duties as required by the direct manager.
EXPERIENCE: 1. Minimum of 5 years working experience in IT operations. 2. Excellent experience of Microsoft Windows & O365, computers and peripherals. 3. Familiar with switches, firewalls, IP phones, cybersecurity knowledge.
