Job Function工作职责
1. To ensure that stamping and multi-slide moulds and tools are in good condition and ready for production through regular service and repair.
通过定期维修保养，保证冲压和多次折弯模具始终处于良好状态可以随时投入生产。
2. Conduct trouble shooting of mould with the support of tooling design engineer.
在模具设计工程师的帮助下，分析解决模具问题。
3. Provide modification or improvement proposal to tooling design engineer.
给模具设计工程师提供模具修改或改进的建议。
4. Ensure safety device equipped with the mould.
保证模具安装保护装置。
5. Assemble and fine tune new mould until the First Article sample is approved by customer.
装配和调试新模具直到样品得到客户批准。.
6. Maintain proper records of mould life and services completed.
保持模具使用寿命和维护保养记录完整。
7. Ensure that mould spare parts are stored in good condition and inform supervisor when below minimum stock quantity defined.
妥善保管模具备件,并当备件低于库存最低水平时及时通知主管。
8. Provide mould set-up training tomachine setters.
给冲压调机员提供调机培训。
9. Practice 5S and work safety at working area.
在工作区域践行5S和工作安全。
10. Ensure proper shift handover.
做好班次交接。
11. Understand and follow EHS rules to meet safety requirements.
理解并遵守环境、健康和安全制度以满足安全要求。
12. Any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
执行主管安排的其它工作。
任职资格Qualification and Requirement
- Technical certificate or Diploma in mechanical or mould engineering.
机械或模具工程技校。
- At least 3 years’ experience in progressive stamping operation.
至少3年操作连续冲压机床的工作经验。
- At least 5 years’ experience as mould maker.
至少5年的连续冲压模具维修的工作经验。
- Must be able to work with surface grinding machine, turning machine and milling machine.
能够操作平面磨床,车床和铣床。
- Able to work on different shift model.
能够按照公司要求翻班。
