Position Responsibilities
1. Establish lab procedures and work instructions and implement
2. Perform routine dimensions measurement and tests such as peel force test, plating thickness, etc.
3. Complete regular equipment and instrument calibration
4. Arrange and implement tests and experiments tasks
5. Analyze abnormal measurement/test result and make improvement if needed.
6. Laboratory safety management, ensure tests/measurements are done safely.
7. test/experiment data filing
8. Daily management of equipment and instruments
9. Other tasks assigned by manager
Position Qualification & Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. 3 Years or more than 3 years quality lab engineer experience within electronic / automotive / chemical industry
3. Skilled use of common test equipment: such as Zwick, microscope, plating thickness tester, thermal shock chamber, solderability test, etc
4. Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA) knowledge and experience is mandatory;
5. Has Metrology experience
6. Analytical skills
7. Very good PC skills.
8. Good command of English reading and writing, oral English is a plus
