Main Task & Job Responsibilities 主要任务和工作职责
1. Able to independently carry out sales work, conduct business development, and immediately carry out sales work after the opening of the post.能独立开展销售工作,进行业务拓展,到岗后开业立刻开展销售工作。

2. Develop the company's sales operation plan, including planning, organization, schedule control, etc. And methodical market analysis.制定公司的销售运营方案,包括计划、组织、进度控制等。进行系统的市场分析

3. Develop sales channels, improve sales performance, collect relevant industry information, and market product information. Identifying and creating opportunities with new and existing clients. 开拓销售渠道,提高销售业绩,收集相关行业信息及市场产品信息。识别和创造新老客户的机会.

4. Explore and develop the potential customer market, coordinate the progress of the project, and promote the establishment of cooperative relations.对于潜在客户市场,进行发掘和开发,统筹项目进度推进,促进合作关系建立。

5. Conduct in-depth research and actively respond to the needs of potential customers and various types of customers, formulate corresponding marketing plans, and promote the sales conversion of opportunity points.对潜在客户和各类客户的需求进行深入研究和主动响应,制定相应的营销方案,促进机会点的销售转换。

7. Knowledge of business financial cases and quotation creation. Effectively communicate technical requirements and project goals to team.了解商业财务案例和报价创建,与团队有效沟通技术需求和项目目标。

8. Main customer interface for necessary operational support with cross-functional team. 为跨职能团队提供必要的运营支持的主要客户接口。

Job Qualification 任职要求
1. Bachelor’s degree学士学位

2. 8-10 years’ experience in technical product sales or related area. 8-10年技术产品销售或相关领域工作经验。

3. Connects with major OEMs or relevant customer resources in passenger cars are preferred. 与主要OEM有联系者,或有相关乘用车客户资源者优先考虑。

4. Knowledge of major sub-products in a thermal management system as HVAC, PTC heater, compressor for new energy vehicles is preferred. 了解新能源汽车的暖通空调、PTC加热器、压缩机等热管理系统的主要子产品。

5. Have excellent market development, marketing, and promotion ability, proficient in customer relationship management and maintenance. 具有出色的市场拓展、营销与推广能力,精通客户关系管理与维护。

6. Master negotiation and sales skills, have excellent English communication skills and voice expression skills.掌握谈判及销售技巧,具备优秀的英语沟通能力及语音表达能力。

7. Integrity, strong self-motivation, responsiveness, flexibility, teamwork and organizational priorities, stress resistance. 正直,自我激励,反应能力强,灵活,团队合作和组织优先,抗压能力强。
