3. Development
61 On a marketing point of view, develop a thorough understanding of how customers use our products and what are their needs.
61 Provide Technical service at customers on recently commercialized products.
61 Identify key technical needs and challenges at customers.
61 Propose new R&D projects according to these challenges
61 Participate in development of regional BU strategies

Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
1. Master or PhD, or Engineer, in Polymer Chemistry, Polymer rheology, formulations, or related fields.
2. About 3 years Industrial Experience in Polymer material and Applications Development is a plus, photovoltaic or encapsulation film industry experience as preferable for this position.
3. Preferably customer experience with proven track record of success;
4. Hands-on experience in Polymer synthesis and grafting, Polymerization, Polymer Chemistry is a plus.
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
6. Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving skills
7. Fluent in English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
