首要职责
Principal Accountabilities:
61 Support to identify potential suppliers by participating in supplier evaluations.
61 Support supplier technical reviews done by Engineering and Manufacturing departments.
61 Develop a Supplier Audit Checklist to evaluate supplier quality systems.
61 Conduct supplier audits and identify opportunities for improvement.
61 Participate in supplier selection process representing the Quality function.
61 Follow up with suppliers to verify quality improvements identified during supplier audits.
61 Support preliminary quality reviews of 1st Article/OTS (Off Tool Sample) parts.
61 Manage the supplier APQP activity including PSO audits and PPAP submission approvals.
61 Drive the supplier quality improvement activity after SOP.
61 Monitor and control the CGT tollers product quality to meet customer quality requirements.
61 Develop and maintain a supplier quality performance scorecard.
61 Assist suppliers with problem solving of quality issues.
61 Internal Q-reporting (Bi weekly, monthly, management meeting, etc.) coordinating of setup Quality Objectives
61 Other task as assigned

学历及技能要求
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
61 A minimum of 3 years experience in a technical position related to quality systems in a manufacturing environment or in a supplier quality role.
61 Computer proficiency including MS Word, Excel, and statistical/calibration programs.
61 Ability to interact professionally and build strong relationships with suppliers.
61 Experience with IATF16949 automotive quality standard, strong communication and coordination skill also needed.
61 Experience in VDA QMC Process Auditor certification
61 Ability to travel
61 Proficient in the English language
