工作职责权限 1. Compile plant Master Production Plan and communicate with customers 负责工厂主计划的制订和客户沟通。 2. Create and maintain production plan based on Sales forecast基于销售预测建立和维护生产计划 3. Manage direct material supply to ensure continue production with MRP 熟练运用MRP管理生产性物料确保持续性生产 4. Track production and delivery achievement status and deal with abnormal issue or escalation if needed跟踪生产和交付状况，及时处理异常情况，如有需要提交上级处理 5. Interface with market SCM to follow up forecast accuracy and demand change 链接市场供应链团队跟踪预测准确性并及时处理需求变更 6. Lead and attend independently meetings with operation, commercial, supplier and customers with both Chinese and English languages. 独立主导或参加和工厂运营、商务、供应商以及客户的各种会议 7. Maintain material master data in SAP维护SAP主数据 8. Manage inventory for raw material, SFG and FG to agreed level 库存控制 9. Analysis the inventory structure and improve DOS , reduce E&O分析库存状况，改善DOS和相关部门合作处理E&O库存 10. Other jobs assigned by supervisor 上级安排的其它工作
