Job Responsibilities 工作职责：
1. Material order of and trace delivery
订单及跟踪
Local Material order and part of Import material，Check order and release to supplier, and confirm about delivery availability.
负责的国内订单及部分进口件订单，发放材料计划订单
Consolidation management, Arrange picking and book vessel and declare the Customs and monitor forwarder.
国外集货平台管理，安排国外提货，订舱至进口清关，送厂，跟踪第三方物流
Trace delivery，Make sure that both Monthly Demand Plan and Weekly Sales Forecast, inputs for customer
跟踪供应商到货情况，保证月度计划 周计划，客户排程和主生产计划的一致性
2. Coordinate ECR implementation
协调ECR、ECO实施
Ensure there is no deadstock due to the wrong EC validated date.
保证没有因为ECR/ECO切换时间评估错误导致的呆料.
3. Supply Management
供应商管理
Update deliveries schedule after running SAP, release the rolling purchasing schedule to suppliers every week.
根据SAP的运行结果，更新供应商的送货计划,并负责每周向供应商发布滚动预测和定单
Evaluate, educate and manage supplier to optimize supplier MPM
评价，培训，管理供应商，降低供应商MPM
Tracing and maintain suppliers deliveries, and review and monitor the supplier’s delivery performance
负责追踪到货,并评估和监督供应商的供货表现
4. System and Material Control
系统维护及物料控制
Maintain in SAP safety stock for components
在SAP系统中设立物料的安全库存
Material inventory analysis and control basing on customer’s updated schedule
根据客户更新的计划，相应调整和控制库存，并对库存准确率进行分析
Ensure the inventory level in budget and ensure the replenishment of materials
保证物料供应，并使存货水平在预算内
Work together with Log manager to confirm the inventory planning, 87Inventory monthly analysis and action plan.
安排和检查盘点，确保库存的准确性
Track and improve FCS KPI weekly and develop action plans
每周跟踪FCS KPI并改善，制定行动计划

Qualifications 任职资格：
Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in management, logistics, automobile, machinery or related field is preferred;
本科学历及以上，管理、物流、汽车、机械等相关专业优先;
At least 3-year planning experience in manufacturing environment;
3年制造业生产计划工作经验;
Practical ERP system operation experience and good planning concept, SAP operation experience is must;
ERP材料计划经验,逻辑思维,必须要有 SAP使用经验;
Fluent use in both oral and written English;
流利的英语口语及书面能力;
Qualified skills of office software such as Excel, Word, PPT;
熟练运用办公软件;
Logistical understanding of MRP;
MRP (物料生产计划)的逻辑理解;
Good Communication skills and strong coordinating ability. Team work spirit and work under pressure;
良好的沟通能力以及较强的协调能力;
Problem solving and conflict management;
问题解决及冲突管理能力;
Strong sense of team spirit and customer focus.
