Customer orders management 管理客户订单 87 Ensure the delivery on time according to the customer PO; 根据客户订单,保证准时交付; 87 Anticipate customer requirements,response for customer demand change, any obsolescence, need to demonstrate to customer; 预测客户需求,对任何变化或报废,及时与客户沟通确认; 87 Maintain good relationships with customers and their satisfaction; 维护客户关系,保证客户满意度; 87 Manager the launch of new programs within the plant for PC&L function. 负责为新项目提供物流相关职能支持. 2. Production Control 生产控制 87 Prepare and propose the PIC (Sales and Operations Plan) to the plant Management Committee; 准备并组织工厂管理层参加PIC会议(销售及运营计划); 87 Assure the responsibility of the PDP (Master Scheduling Plan) with UAP managers. 与生产经理一起确保PDP在工厂层面被传达及执行. 3. Supply chain Management 供应链管理 87 Monitor logistics process; 管理物流流程; 87 Improve suppliers and logistics partner’s performance and relationships; 管理并提高供应商及物流伙伴的绩效; 87 Implement logistics improvement actions, in coordination with the other plant functions (Quality, Production System Efficiency …). 与工厂各部门一起实施物流改善行动. 4. Inventory Management 库存管理 87 Ensure the inventory accuracy and value meet target; 确保库存准确性,以及满足预算目标; 87 Reduce the inventory value by implement improvement actions. 通过实施改善计划,减少库存,实现优化. 5. Team Management 团队管理 87 Lead the logistics team and set and execute the objectives; 领导物流团队,设定并达成目标; 87 Ensure staffing, training and development of team members; 确保物流团队成员员工关系、培训和发展; 87 Ensure the deployment of the Employee Empowerment tools (monthly meeting, improvement ideas, autonomous groups…); 确保员工激励工具的传递及运用; 87 Supervise day to day activities. 监督并管理物流部门日常工作. 6.
