Main Purpose of the job 职务目的：
According to plant business development plan and needs, in charge of production control and logistics planning, to ensure customer satisfaction and on time delivery. Optimizing logistic and inventory management, supporting productivity improvement by applying related system and tools.
根据公司业务发展及需求，进行生产控制及物流规划，保证客户满意及准时交付；运用相关系统及工具，优化物流、库存，支持精益生产。
Job Responsibilities工作职责：
1. Customer orders management
管理客户订单
87 Ensure the delivery on time according to the customer PO;
根据客户订单，保证准时交付;
87 Anticipate customer requirements，response for customer demand change, any obsolescence, need to demonstrate to customer;
预测客户需求，对任何变化或报废，及时与客户沟通确认;
87 Maintain good relationships with customers and their satisfaction;
维护客户关系，保证客户满意度;
87 Manager the launch of new programs within the plant for PC&L function.
负责为新项目提供物流相关职能支持.
2. Production Control
生产控制
87 Prepare and propose the PIC (Sales and Operations Plan) to the plant Management Committee;
准备并组织工厂管理层参加PIC会议（销售及运营计划）;
87 Assure the responsibility of the PDP (Master Scheduling Plan) with UAP managers.
与生产经理一起确保PDP在工厂层面被传达及执行.
3. Supply chain Management
供应链管理
87 Monitor logistics process;
管理物流流程;
87 Improve suppliers and logistics partner’s performance and relationships;
管理并提高供应商及物流伙伴的绩效;
87 Implement logistics improvement actions, in coordination with the other plant functions (Quality, Production System Efficiency …).
与工厂各部门一起实施物流改善行动.
4. Inventory Management
库存管理
87 Ensure the inventory accuracy and value meet target;
确保库存准确性，以及满足预算目标;
87 Reduce the inventory value by implement improvement actions.
通过实施改善计划，减少库存，实现优化.
5. Team Management
团队管理
87 Lead the logistics team and set and execute the objectives;
领导物流团队，设定并达成目标;
87 Ensure staffing, training and development of team members;
确保物流团队成员员工关系、培训和发展;
87 Ensure the deployment of the Employee Empowerment tools (monthly meeting, improvement ideas, autonomous groups…);
确保员工激励工具的传递及运用;
87 Supervise day to day activities.
监督并管理物流部门日常工作.
6. Other其他
87 Ensure full respect of HSE rules and regulations;
遵守健康安全环境规定;
87 Manage finance\resource issues of the company within authorized scope according to the Management standard;
根据公司的管理规范，在被授权的范围内，管理公司的资源和财务;
87 Ensure the reporting of plant logistics performance (particularly FES indicators) and plant logistics action plan;
负责跟踪汇报工厂物流绩效（特别是FES指标）及落实相关改善计划;

Skills & Knowhow技能和知识：
87 Familiar with pull system, visual management, Kanban, etc.;
熟练掌握拉动系统，可视化，看板应用等;
87 Abilities of Inventory analysis、EOP management and warehouse management;
库存分析管控、EOP管理及仓库管理能力;
87 Be familiar with SAP system is a plus;

Qualifications 任职资格：
87 Bachelor’s degree or above, Logistics or engineering related majors are preferred;
本科及以上学历，物流或工程相关专业优先;
87 Minimum 8 years of working experience in production or logistic in manufacturing industry, and at least 3-year experience of team management;
有至少8年制造型企业生产或物流经验，3年以上团队管理经验;
