Job Responsibilities 工作职责：
1. PMS Management
Apply Program Management System (with successful and on time achievement of work packages, mandatory deliverables and key program milestones)
2. Progress Control
Build and monitor Master Schedule;
Communicate and report relevant program status, and identify risks and opportunities, to ensure risk management and alert process;
Communication with customer (internal and external) , lead meeting with customer, create customer intimacy.
3. Program Objectives Achievement
Achieve program targets through development & deployment of program roadmaps and cascade program objectives and assignments to team members;
Ensure that program experience is capitalized in knowledge management to improve future programs’ performance.
4. Others
Ensure full respect of HSE rules and regulations;
Manage finance\resource issues of the company within authorized scope according to the Management standard;
Other assignments given by line manager.
Cooperate with IATF16949& ISO14001 & ISO 45001system and FES operation system implement in plant.
5. Ensure full respect of Code of ethics & Code of management\ Rules and Regulations \Values\Employee handbook of the company

Qualifications 任职资格：
Bachelor’s degree or above;
At least 3 years’ working experience in Automotive Industry;
Basic financial knowhow;
Fluent use of both oral and written English is a must, and other language is a plus;
Excellence in listening, conflict management, problem solving and customer focus.
