1. Assist Quality Lab engineer in drafting test procedure and test equipment SOP;

协助实验室工程师起草检测和检测设备的标准作业指导书；

2. Assist Quality Lab engineer drafting test equipment maintenance schedule;

协助质量检测工程师起草检测设备维护管理计划表；

3. Responsible for daily inspection of incoming material, process and outgoing products, FAI etc.;

负责日常的来料、过程、出货质量检测工作，如首件检验等；

4. Carrying out the testing and analysis and verification of coil certificate and performance;

检测分析和验证钢卷材质和性能；

5. Blocking of material when quality requirements are not fulfilled in system and NC area;

在系统和实地现场隔离不符合质量要求规范的产品；

6. Conducting analyses and verifying material in SAP and MES;

在SAP和MES系统中查询和分析产品和物料；

7. Advising on the method of processing defective material for its recovery;

针对有缺陷的过程/工艺/产品提出改善性建议；

8. Complete other work assigned by the leadership.

完成领导交代的其他临时工作。



技能/学历/工作经验：

1. Bachelor degree, major in metallic materials or automotive engineering;
本科,金属材料或汽车工程类专业；

2. Knowledge of quality inspection/sorting /gauging/measuring techniques, visual, dimensional and functional;
熟悉硬度、拉伸、金相检测相关知识；

3. Knowledge of Blue Print Drawings/Schematics;
熟悉相关图纸和标准；

4. Good computer skills;
良好的电脑操作技巧；

5. SAP or MRP experience will be a plus.
具备SAP或MRP相关经验者尤佳。

6.accept 3 shifts;
接受三班倒（每班8小时）
