Qualifications and Requirements:
1. University degree in mechanical or electro-mechanical or industry control or related.
机械/机械电子等相关专业本科学历;
2. Above 5 years sales working experience in similar industry, Familiar with environmental protection, sewage treatment, and renewable energy“ fields productions.
五年以上相关行业销售经验,熟悉”环保,污水处理,再生能源“
3. Strong customer development ability; team spirit and good cooperation ability; Good communication and negotiation ability , good mathematical and logic skills, excellent presentation skills in Chinese;
优秀的客户开发能力,良好的团队合作精神,优秀的沟通谈判能力,逻辑思维能力以及优秀的中文演示技巧;
4. Preferably equipped with basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office software and type.
具有基本的办公软件技能;
5. Fluent in both spoken and written English is prefer;
具有熟练的英语说写能力优先;
6. Ability to work under strong pressure with good psychology& personal quality.
良好的个人生理及心理素质,能承受较强的工作压力;
7. Accept long 、frequent business trip, can work in rest day or holiday and no fixed off-duty time.
能接受长期频繁出差,能配合在休息日/节假日工作,可接受到苏州、上海驻地办公;
8. Good team work spirit.

9. Familiar with local gear box market and competitor situation in local district is plus.

Description of main job and functions
1. Follow personal sales plan and submit suggestion to Sales Director about the goal
根据销售总监的要求,执行个人销售计划,并根据业务需要提出建议;
2. Prepare and conduct sales presentations of products to new and existing customers;
对新老客户准备并进行产品介绍;
3. Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend products;
洞察客户的需求及期望,推荐合适的产品;
4. Negotiate and establish price and terms in accordance with standard procedures
根据公司流程,与客户谈判并达成价格及其他合同条款;
5. Prepare and communicate quotations with customers
为客户准备报价;
6. Work with Customer Service and Management to establish strategies for customer communication
与客服部门及管理层共同建立赢得客户的策略;
7. Respond to customer inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction
对客户的需求及时回应,确保客户满意;
8. Demonstrate and instruct customers on product installation, use and maintenance as required
指导客户进行产品安装,使用以及维护;
9. Communicate customers’ concerns with management when necessary
必要时与管理层沟通客户的需求;
10. Assist in expediting customer orders when required
协助加快客户订单;
11. Assist in resolving customer payables when required
支持销售合同的回款工作;
12. Determine sales potential for new and existing customers through inquiry, observation or periodical research
挖掘新老客户的销售潜力;
13. Follow-up on potential sales leads
对可能达成的销售线索进行跟踪;
14. Analyze customer’s strengths and weaknesses to assist in determining sales potential
对客户的优势/劣势进行分析,以更好地促成销售;
15. Monitor market trends and notify management of opportunities for new products
对市场趋势进行观察,并将市场对新产品的需求新式反馈给管理层;
16. Review and understand company business and policies
充分理解公司的业务及政策;
17. Practice honesty and integrity in customer and vendor relations在客户和供应商的关系实践诚信;
18. Understand terms and conditions of sales and extent of liability and responsibility
理解销售条款、条件及关联责任;
19. Communicate and interact professionally with other team members
和其他团队成员进行专业化的沟通及互动;
20. Communicate company’s commitment to continuous improvement process
传达公司承诺,不断改善流程;
21. Be an active participant in the company’s suggestion, quality, efficiency and cost-saving programs
积极向公司提出建议,以达成质量、效率,成本节约方面的改善;
22. Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
