PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1. Support customer RFQ, lead team to work out the quotation template and RFQ files, to align with sales to meet the company EBIT and gross margin target. 2. Familiar with product development process, lead the team to implement all the activities for each phase, including launch phase until SOP, to meet the milestone, quality target(FTY/ OEE)and cost, to satisfy the customers and company goal. 3. Lead team all activities and can challenge team to meet requirement and find project risk and eliminate the project risk. 4. To be quality and engineering and commercial interface to customer, get the requirement from each function at customer side, and satisfy the customers with quick and correct response. 5. Lead team to work out problems solution and monitor actions implementation. 6. Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor
REQUIRED EDUCATION BACKGROUND, KNOWLEDGE AND WORKING EXPERIENCE: 1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Mechanical background 2. Experience of TMS products, tier 1 preferred 3. Logical thinking and excellent communication and interpersonal skills 4. Strong skills with planning, organizing and coordinating 5. Highly motivated and details-oriented, target-oriented 6. Fluent in both English and Chinese 7. Work under pressure
