The position is mainly responsible for company product’s sales, business development, new product marketing and support service in the responsible region and segment industry to achieve sales growth. 1) To maintain current account management, build and strengthen strong relationship with existing customers and potential customers; 2) To promote DIAB core materials in new application; 3) To continuously develop business and new opportunity of product market application fields but not limited to marine, transportation, industry and aerospace to expand sales growth. 4) To develop & execute sales/marketing strategies to achieve the sales goal; 5) To provide the best solution, offer design, consulting, product and package services to customer;
Education and Experiences: 1) University above, majored in materials or equivalent; 2) At least 3 years’ experiences with composite materials sales and customer development with proven tracking record; 3) Good networking in composite materials application market is must; 4) Knowledge of composite materials is a big plus;
Required Knowledge, Skills and Competency: 1) Good knowledge of sandwich materials and the application in market; 2) Good sales and communication skills, ability of commercial activity conducting as negotiation, bidding and contract signing. 3) Good at project planning & coordinating delivery and handling claims & service; 4) Good business acumen, be sensitive to commercial environment and the ability to make good judgments and quick response /decisions,; 5) Experience with distributors; 6) Good communication skills in English & Mandarin, both verbal and writing;
