Job Description岗位职责：
1.Responsible for daily inspection work supervision and control, promote and improve the quality of business process standardisation

Responsible for handling customer complaints, organising investigation and analysis of problems, formulating corrective and preventive measures and following them up
2. 负责客诉处理，组织问题的调查和分析，制定纠正和预防措施并跟踪
3.Responsible for analysing, determining and dealing with defective products and daily process quality work.
3. 负责分析、判定、处理不良品问题及日常制程质量工作
4.Responsible for the daily management of the Quality Department staff, such as work scheduling, coaching and training, and performance appraisal.
4.负责质量部人员的工作安排、指导培训及绩效考核等日常管理工作
5.Manage and maintain relevant inspection tools
5.管理和维护相关检验工具

Requirements:任职要求：
1.Bachelor degree or above, majoring in mechanical or mechatronics, more than 5 years' experience in mechanical industry, mastering the use and maintenance of commonly used inspection tools.
1.本科及以上学历，机械或机电一体化相关专业，机械行业5年以上经验，掌握常用检具的使用及维护
2. More than 5 years of quality-related work experience, more than 3 years of management experience in the same position is preferred.
2. 5年以上质量相关工作经验，3年以上同岗位管理工作经验优先
2.Good communication and coordination skills and analytical problem solving skills
2.具备较强的沟通协调能力和分析解决问题能力
3. Familiar with mechanical parts drawings and assembly drawings
3.熟悉机械零件图纸和装配图纸
4. Proficient in the use of office software: Word & Excel, ERP experience is preferred.
4.熟练使用办公软件：Word&Excel，有ERP使用经验优先
5. Skilled in the use of a variety of inspection tools, familiar with the machining process, castings and spraying machine quality experience
5.熟练使用各种检验工具，熟悉机加工工艺，有铸件及喷涂机质量经验
6.Familiar with ISO9001 quality system requirements, understanding of IATF16949, familiar with QC7 techniques, 8D report
6.熟悉ISO9001质量体系要求，了解IATF16949，熟悉QC7大手法、8D报告
7. Good English reading and writing skills, CET4 and above
7.有英文读写能力，CET4及以上
