PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: 1. Maintain existing and acquire new profitable business from customers. 2. Manage the RFQs and lead the quote activities. 3. Price and contracts negotiation with OEMs. Price and contracts management within Hilite. 4. Set up market strategy for the defined customers. 5. Update the sales forecast regularly. 6. Collect and investigate relevant competitor activity/information. 7. Address the customer needs within the internal organization to achieve the highest customer satisfaction and maintain good customer relationship. 8. Support the other issues at the customer side, such as quality, logistics etc. 9. Internal departments support, engineering, purchasing, project management, quality, logistics, finance etc. 10. Perform other duties as assigned from Sales Director .
REQUIRED EDUCATION BACKGROUND, KNOWLEDGE AND WORKING EXPERIENCE: 1. Technical education with commercial experience, TMS working background is preferred. 2. 5 years' experience in automotive industry, experience of working with other global and local OEMs as Tier 1. 3. Familiar with TS quality systems such as IATF16949, QS9000, PPAP, APQP, ISO9000, ISO14000 and requirements for prohibited substances on automobiles GB/T 30512-2014. 4. Fluent in English and Mandarin, German is a plus. 5. Good coordinate and strong communication skills. 6. Good PC and presentation skills. 7. Able to travel domestic and overseas frequently.
