We are now looking for a Coating Process Engineer for UPM Raflatac. This position will be located in Changshu, China.

What you will do
61 Implement and follow the UPM safety rules and standards
61 Optimize, develop and improve coating process and products quality
61 Conduct process capability studies, design experiments, and analyze to ensure products meet requirements
61 Work with suppliers to continuously improve raw material quality
61 Participate in cost reduction, efficiency improvement
61 Assist maintenance and keep machine in good shape
61 Create process documentation in accordance with ISO requirements, to be a backup to deal with daily all files and recorders on the file servers
61 Use the lean way to coaching leaders and operators about new processes and equipment

Who you are
61 You have bachelor’s degree or equivalent
61 You have at least 3 years’ related coating experience
61 You are professional in continual improvement methodologies
61 You are fluent in both English and Chinese
