协助 经理建立 UFCC 质量管理体系，负责质量 项目管理、内部质量控制和供应链。
工作职责
1. lead quality technician, drive the continuous improvement projects. lead the document
control; Conduct daily quality activities, push and manage the problem solving timely and
efficiently.
2. Process quality risk review and improve, Quality issue solving from customer and internal
process. Investigate and follow up products quality issues when any nonconformity
happened; internal SPC, MSA and Change management.
3. Participate and conduct internal audit. Conduct process audit and product audit
according to IATF16949 requirements and company’s strategy. Make sure the process is
effective;
4. Quality data collection and review, tracing the quality performance regularly. Drive
continuous improvement model. 8D maintenance and follow up;
5. Be responsible for local supplier management, push supplier to improve product quality
to meet production requirement and customer spec.
6. Communicate with customers regarding concerns, continuous Improvement and
engineering changes, coordinate customer audit.
7. Pass quality IATF16949 audit, and assistant QEHS manager to maintain the
environment, occupational health and safety management system according to ,ISO14001
and ISO45001 requirements;
8. Coordinate APQP activities with cross functional team to prepare product specifications,
PPAP documents. Perform MSA, analyse process capability data;
9. Other tasks assigned by QEHS manager
1. 领导质量技术员，推动持续改进项目。引导文档控制;开展日常质量活动，及时推动和管理问题解决有效。
2. 过程质量风险审查和改进，从客户和内部解决质量问题过程。调查并跟进产品质量问题，发现任何不符合项发生;内部 SPC、MSA 和变更管理。
3. 参与并进行内部审计。进行过程审核和产品审核根据IATF16949要求和公司战略。确保该过程是有效;
4. 质量数据收集和审查，定期跟踪质量绩效。驾驶持续改进模型。8D维护和跟进;
5. 负责当地供应商管理，推动供应商提高产品质量满足生产要求和客户规格。
6. 与客户就疑虑、持续改进和工程变更，协调客户审计。
7. 通过质量IATF16949审核，并助理 QEHS 经理维护环境、职业健康与安全管理体系依据 ，ISO14001以及 ISO45001 要求;
8. 与跨职能团队协调 APQP 活动，准备产品规格，PPAP 文件。执行 MSA，分析过程能力数据;
9. QEHS 经理交办的其他工作
