主要工作职责: This position primarily interfaces with the sales technical support team, serving as a bridge between the front-end sales team and the reliability research/R&D technical team. It ensures the effectiveness of reliability assessments, warranty assessments, and other technical support during the sales process for photovoltaic (PV) modules and related products. Specific responsibilities include: 1. Reviewing reliability technical clauses in contracts based on customer needs and project requirements, ensuring that products meet relevant industry standards and the technical requirements agreed upon by both parties, while simultaneously updating the reliability assessment guidance table on a regular basis. 2. Possessing knowledge of failure modes and failure mechanisms of PV modules, understanding product lifetime prediction models, and being able to conduct product lifetime assessments and analyze and assess special warranty needs based on existing evaluation models. Additionally, assisting in the regular updating and improvement of these evaluation models. 3. Actively engaging in pre-sales/after-sales technical support, soft sales platform support, technical training, and providing technical support for various company-level projects. 4. Managing, tracking, and promoting third-party stringent reliability testing, such as with KiWa PVEL, RETC, etc., to enhance product competitiveness. 5. Managing and publishing reliability reports and technical documentation for new and mass-produced products, ensuring consistency and effectiveness between front-end requirements and back-end implementation. 6. Collecting and analyzing PV market information, understanding industry trends and competitor dynamics, and driving improvements in product competitiveness. 7.
